The Purpose of this offer is to attempt to sell you a timeshare interest in The Manhattan Club. We invite all inquires. For the purpose of this promotion, however, eligibility to participate is restricted to those meeting the following conditions: households having a combined, verifiable, minimum annual income of $100,000 who are credit worthy. All members of the touring party must present a valid photo ID. One valid credit card required per touring party. Accommodations are provided at a select hotel just steps from The Manhattan Club. Two adults per room. All guests must attend an informative, 90-minute tour and timeshare sales presentation of The Manhattan Club. If married, cohabiting or engaged, both parties must attend the full presentation together to qualify for this reduced rate. Qualified touring parties will receive their choice of the following: Broadway show tickets or dinner, subject to availability. There is no obligation to purchase. In the event that you do not attend the full scheduled presentation, the difference between the special package price and the current room rate per night will be charged to your credit card as an incidental expense, in addition to the price of this special package. The value of this package starts at $349 for midweek stays and $399 for weekends stays. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offer. A written confirmed reservation is required for check-in. Although no refunds are available, we will happily reschedule your reservation one time at no charge. You may reschedule two additional times at an added cost of $25.00 each. Any further requests for rescheduling will require a new payment, by credit card, in the full amount of this preview package price.
